Planning the installation
- Make sure the charging station can be located near a power outlet and a strong WiFi signal.
- For the most reliable connection, we recommend running Ethernet to the charging station.
- Make sure the touch screen's WiFi or Ethernet connection is on the same network as your controller and that the signal is strong.
- Communication agent is required for intercom use.
- Charge the touch screen for at least six hours before use.
