Plan Advantages
Parts and Labour covered 100%
The Protection Plus Plan includes parts and labour as stated in the original manufacturer warranty.
Product Protection
The Protection Plus Plan guarantees that your product will perform according to the manufacturer specifications for the duration of the contract.
Replacement Guarantee
If, after verification, your product is found too costly to repair, we will replace it with the same Make and Model if possible, or otherwise with an equivalent product.
Coverage
This Plan is intented for personal use only and excludes any commercial usage or multiple user applications.
Transferable
If you wish, you can transfer the balance of your Protection Plus Plan (free of charge) to a new owner. You simply have to advise us in writing and we will make the appropriate changes.
Claim Procedures
If you move, there are hundred of locations across Canada to provide service under this program. You may also have your product repaired by another service center.
General Conditions
The warranty takes effect immediately after the expiration of the manufacturer's original warranty. This plan will not apply if the defect results from abuse or misuse or from foreign objects found inside the product.
Delay for purchasing of a Protection Plan
You have up to 30 days after purchasing your product to purchase this Protection Plus Plan. Please note that plans offering the "Exchange" option must be purchased at the same time as the product.
