Online photo printing
Krazy Kiley's offers an online photo printing service at photo-service.ca. When you register for this service, Krazy Kiley's requests that you provide certain personal information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and mailing address in order to process your registration request.

Krazy Kiley's will send you an e-mail message to confirm an online purchase or to answer a question. You may also receive e-mails informing you of promotional offers. All e-mails include an option allowing you to withdraw your name from the mailing list.

We deliver exclusively to civic address matching the credit card information. Your purchase will be confirmed by email or by phone if the product is not in stock.
- We will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
- No delivery outside Canada.

Exchanging and returning products purchased online
Your satisfaction is important to us. Within the 15 following days of the reception or your order, if the product fails to meet reasonable performance expectations, you can return it (are excluded: video games, software, CD and DVD, books, consumable products, installation service and special orders).
The product has to be returned in the same condition as it has been shipped: in its undamaged original packing material, bearing no sign of usage, with all its accessories and documentation like the instruction manual and the warranty card.
No return will be accepted without an authorization number (RMA).
Repairs and defective products
If your product gets defective in the first 30 days after the purchase (15 days in the case of computer products, digital cameras, video cameras and MP3 players), we will replace for a new one by filling the Contact form.
If your product is under manufacturer's warranty* or one of our warranty, please fill out the Contact form, and we will forward an authorization number, allowing you to send your product back.
The transport charges are not refundable, except for delivery error.
Certain manufacturers may request the return of defective product directly to them.
Protection of information
The security of your personal information is extremely important to Krazy Kiley's. Our protective mechanisms and security standards protect personal information contained in paper format or electronically recorded (SSL protocol) against unauthorized access. E-mail messages and confidential information included in transactions are encrypted. Your communications are protected against outside access as a result of our agreement with GeoTrust EV.
Accuracy of information
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and Krazy Kiley's reserves the right to cancel any order and to correct any errors, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Krazy Kiley's will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

A 15% re-stocking fee may apply for any refund or exchange of an open product that includes all accessories. Transportation changes may apply in some cases.
