The full HD 3D home cinema projector uses transparent LCD panels driven at 480Hz along with Panasonic’s original Overdrive Technology for significantly low crosstalk (“ghost” images perceived by some users while viewing 3D media, often leading to blurred or double images). The optical system of the PT-AE7000 features a 200-Watt red-rich lamp and LCD panels with a large aperture ratio for increased red luminance and brightness output. The combination of fully-optimized Pure Contrast Plates, Pure Color Filter Pro and Dynamic Iris Pro produces a 300,000:1 contrast ratio and 2,000 lumens of brightness. This results in brighter images with accurate coloring and deep blacks with fine shadow details delivering both stunning 2D images and a comfortable 3D viewing experience at home.
